GodsPrompts (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit godsprompts.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and your choices. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
You give us directly: your email address (when you subscribe or buy); messages you send us; and, when you purchase, order and billing information processed by Stripe. Collected automatically: standard log data (IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps) and a small number of cookies, collected by our hosting and service providers to keep the Site running, secure, and improving.
We do not collect names (unless you give one), phone numbers, or sensitive personal information (health, sexual orientation, ethnicity, etc.). We never see or store your full payment-card number — card details are entered directly with Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Information
To deliver the emails, products, and membership you signed up for; to process payments and prevent fraud; to respond to your messages; to maintain the Site’s security and reliability; to understand and improve how the Site is used; and to comply with the law. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
3. Who We Share With
- Stripe — our payment processor. When you buy, Stripe handles your payment and billing details. Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — our email platform; stores your email so we can send what you subscribed to. Kit Privacy Policy.
- Our hosting & infrastructure — the Site runs on WordPress hosted with Cloudways/DigitalOcean, with content and assets served via Cloudflare. These providers process standard log data on our behalf.
- Legal process — only if legally required. Business transfer — if GodsPrompts is ever sold or merged, data may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to unsubscribe from marketing at any time, and to confirm we don’t sell or share your data for advertising. Email admin@godsprompts.com; we respond within 30 days. California (CCPA/CPRA): the rights above plus non-discrimination; we have not sold or shared personal information for advertising. EU/UK (GDPR): our legal basis for your email is your consent (and, for purchases, performance of a contract); you can withdraw consent by unsubscribing.
5. How We Protect Your Information
Your data is stored with providers (Stripe, Kit, our host, Cloudflare) that use industry-standard security — encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audits. We limit internal access to those who need it. No internet service is 100% secure; if a breach ever affects your personal information, we’ll notify you as required by law.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use a small number of cookies for basic site functionality, security, and remembering your email-signup state. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate Site usage, and Stripe sets cookies during checkout to process payment and prevent fraud. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site retargeting pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work without them.
7. Children Under 13
GodsPrompts is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, email admin@godsprompts.com and we’ll delete it.
8. Changes & Contact
